Changing a whitelabel
The partner asks for a change from their site card; you see before and after, and approve.
For partners
On your Whitelabels page, press Request a change on your site's card. The form opens filled in with what the site has now; change what you need and send it. The team reviews it and replies there.
For the team
- The change arrives in Partners › Whitelabels › Requests (and in Partners › Requests), marked Change.
- The review shows what changes (before → after) and what stays the same.
- Approve change, or reject with a note.
Good to know
- If your app listens to webhooks, it hears whitelabel-updated with what changed.
