Whitelabels: partners Request whitelabel in the same form your team uses (New whitelabel); it waits under Waiting until you approve or decline it, and an edit waits again.

Forms stand on their own or extend the partner or the whitelabel. The sign-up asks only for a name, an email and a password; its former questions are now the form *Sign-up questions*.
