Requests

What it is

Partners › Requests is the inbox of everything partners sent through your forms that have a page of their own.

How it works

1. The tabs sort requests by status: New, In progress, Approved, Rejected.
2. Open a request to read the answers (files and images included).
3. Approve or Reject, with a note. The partner sees the status and your note, and gets an alert.
4. Approving can give the partner the form's tags or tier. A form that extends the partner or the whitelabel sends nothing here: its answers are on that record.

Good to know

• A change to a whitelabel shows before → after, so you see exactly what changes. See Whitelabel changes.
• Partner managers see the requests of the partners they manage.
