Requesting and approving a whitelabel

Who may request

• For the whole program: turn on Partners can request a whitelabel in Settings › Partner program › Whitelabels & networks, or from the Partners may request tile on Partners › Whitelabels.
• For one partner: a choice on the partner's Account tab wins over the program setting.

For partners

1. On your Whitelabels page, Request whitelabel: your site's domains, the offer it runs, and any questions the team asks. It is the same form the team uses.
2. It shows as In review until the team answers. If it is declined, you see why.
3. To change it, Edit on its card. The change waits for approval again; a site that was approved keeps counting meanwhile.

For the team

1. A requested whitelabel shows under Waiting on Partners › Whitelabels, and you get an alert.
2. Open it to see its domains, its offer, its owner and their answers.
3. Approve makes its domains count. Decline sends your note to the partner. The partner gets an alert either way.

Good to know

• To ask partners more (colours, a logo…), build a form that extends the whitelabel (Settings › Forms). It becomes a step of the whitelabel form; its hidden questions are fields only your team fills in on the whitelabel.
