Forms
Build forms to ask partners for more; a form has its own page, or extends the partner (asked on the sign-up) or the whitelabel.
What it is
A form asks partners for something: a tax form, a traffic plan, a contract. You build it once; partners fill it in from their portal.
Building a form
- Settings › Forms, new form: its name and icon.
- Add questions. There are 17 kinds (text, number, choice, date, country, file upload, signature and more). Drag to change their order.
- A question can show only when another answer says something.
- Choose where it shows:
- on its own page in the partner's menu, or a card on their dashboard;
- extends the partner: asked on the sign-up, the answers stay on the partner;
- extends the whitelabel: a step of the whitelabel form, the answers stay on the whitelabel.
- Choose what an approval gives (tags, a tier) and whether answers are approved automatically. Hidden questions of a form that extends a record are fields only your team fills in, on that record's page.
- Optional: an open window (from when to when it can be sent) and a limit per partner.
Good to know
- A form can be required before payment: until it is sent, the partner is not ready to be paid.
- Answers arrive in Partners › Requests.
