Hits do not show
Check the tag, the link, the partner and the offer, in that order.
- Look at "Not counted" too. In Performance › Hits, switch to All: a refused visit is there with its reason (partner not enabled, offer not active, no access…).
- Is the tag on the page? Open the landing page and look for the tracking tag in its
head. It must be on the page the link opens, not only on the home page. - Is the link whole? The address must keep
linkIdandsourceId. Some ad networks or redirects cut parameters off. - Is the partner enabled, with traffic allowed? See Partner statuses.
- Is the offer active, and may the partner promote it? A private offer needs the partner allowed.
- A whitelabel's site? Every domain the site uses must be listed on the whitelabel, and the whitelabel must not be paused.
- Still nothing? Hits show within seconds. Report a problem from the page, with the link you tried.
