Numbers differ from my own system
Usually it is the time zone, the statuses counted, or unique versus all hits.
- Time zone: HitCTRL counts days in your workspace's time zone. Compare the same hours.
- Statuses counted: reports count the statuses chosen in Settings › Money › Reports; pending or rejected conversions may be left out on one side.
- Hits or unique hits: HitCTRL shows both; another tool may count only one of them.
- Refused visits and conversions: they are kept but not counted; see Hits (not counted) and Conversions › Failed.
- Currency: amounts in another currency are converted at the day's rate.
- Rounding: HitCTRL keeps amounts exact (up to 8 decimals); a tool that rounds each sale shows small differences in totals.
