Getting started

What HitCTRL does

HitCTRL runs your partner program, from the first visit a partner sends to the money you pay them.

What it is

HitCTRL is the place where you run your partner program: the people and companies (partners) who send visitors to your site and earn money when those visitors buy or sign up.

It does four things, one after another:

  1. Partners bring visitors. Each partner shares their own link, or runs a whitelabel site that sells one of your offers.
  2. Every visit is a hit. HitCTRL counts it once, signs it so it cannot be faked, and remembers the partner, the country, the device and the partner's sub IDs.
  3. Sales are credited. When your site reports a sale or a sign-up (a conversion), HitCTRL finds the hit it came from and credits the right partner, at the price your rules set.
  4. Partners are paid. What partners earn builds up in a balance. You pay one partner, or everyone who is ready, and each payment is kept in a record nobody can rewrite.

Who uses it

  • Your team works in the dashboard: partners, offers, performance, money and settings. What each person sees depends on their role.
  • Partners sign in to their own portal under your brand. They get links, see their hits, conversions and balance live, and get paid.
  • Developers connect your site: the tracking tag on your pages and one call from your server for each sale.

Good to know

  • Everything is counted in your workspace's time zone and currency; each person can still pick their own language and time zone.
  • HitCTRL counts what you owe. You pay your partners yourself; HitCTRL never takes a cut of their commissions.
