Billing details
Who a partner is for invoicing; needed before they can be paid and printed on their self-billing invoices.
What it is
Billing details say who the partner is on paper: legal name, address (with country and city from the lists), postal code, VAT or tax number and an invoicing email.
Why they matter
- A partner can be paid only when billing details and a payout method are filled in.
- They print on the partner's self-billing invoices, as they were on the day of each payment.
Where to fill them in
- Partners: in their Earnings, under Billing details.
- The team: on the partner's page, Billing tab (Add billing details).
Good to know
- Country first: the city list then shows that country's cities, so addresses are always written the same way.
