Self-billing invoices
Each payment comes with an invoice PDF made on the partner's behalf, from your company details and theirs.
What it is
A self-billing invoice is an invoice you make for the partner, so they do not have to send you one. HitCTRL makes one PDF per payment.
What it uses
- Your company details (legal name, address, VAT and registration numbers), from your workspace settings.
- The partner's billing details, as they were when the payment was made.
- The payment: amount, currency and the period up to the cut-off.
Where to find it
- The team: on each payment in Settlements, or Download all invoices for a whole run.
- Partners: next to each payment in their Earnings (invoice PDF).
Good to know
- Fill in your company details before the first payout, so the first invoices are complete.
