Settlements and payments
A settlement is one payout run; each of its payments moves from New to Paid as you send the money.
What it is
Every Pay or Pay all ready creates a settlement: the run, its cut-off date, and a payment per partner with a snapshot of where they are paid (the payout method and billing details at that moment).
Payment statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Created, not sent yet. |
| In progress | You are sending it. |
| Paid | Sent; the partner sees it in their earnings. |
| Settled manually | Paid some other way. |
Select payments and use Mark paid, In progress or Settled manually. The current run shows a progress ring with how much is paid.
Undo a mistake
- Remove from this settlement: the payment's amount goes back to the partner's open balance.
- Delete settlement: every amount goes back to the open balances.
Both write new lines in the ledger; the history stays.
Good to know
- Each payment has a self-billing invoice PDF; Download all invoices gets the whole run. See Invoices.
