Paying partners
Pay one partner or everyone who is ready, up to a cut-off date; each run becomes a settlement.
How it works
- Open Money › Balances and pick the cut-off: earnings up to that date are paid; later ones stay in the balance.
- The payout desk shows what is ready to pay now, what is still missing details, and this payout by method (how much goes by bank, PayPal, crypto…).
- Press Pay all ready to pay every ready partner, or Pay on one partner. You confirm first.
- HitCTRL creates a settlement with one payment per partner and takes the amounts from their open balances.
- Send the money yourself, then mark the payments Paid in Settlements.
Good to know
- With filters on, Pay all ready asks you to clear them, so nobody is skipped by accident; or pay one by one.
- In a partner network where the master account pays, balances are shown in the network but paid from the master account.
- HitCTRL does not move money: it counts what you owe and keeps the record. Payments are made by you, outside HitCTRL.
