Sign-up and approval

The sign-up page

Your program has its own sign-up page at your address, under your logo and colours. You set:

• the heading and the text next to the form (what partners get, how payouts work);
• a note under the Partner ID field (how to choose a good ID);
• more questions: the sign-up itself asks only for a name, an email and a password; add a form that extends the partner (Settings › Forms) to ask more.

New partners also accept your terms and privacy policy. A hidden bot trap keeps scripts from signing up.

Approval

• Approve new partners by hand on: new partners wait as Pending, and see your message while waiting until someone approves them.
• Off: new partners can start right after signing up.

Approve or reject from Partners (the waiting card or the Pending tab). Rejecting can save a reason as a note and email it to the partner; the account is disabled and can be enabled later.

Settings › Partner program › Sign-up & approval: the sign-up page, its questions and approval. Its other pages hold the terms (Terms & privacy), who partners reach (Contact & notes) and whitelabels and networks.
