Tags and managers
Tags are coloured labels to find and group partners; a manager is the team member who looks after a partner.
Tags
A tag is a coloured label, such as VIP or Email traffic. Partner tags and offer tags are separate lists.
- Make tags in Partners › Tags: a name and a colour, with a preview.
- Put them on partners on their page, or on many at once with Update selected (add, remove or replace tags).
- Filter the partner list by tag in the search box.
Managers
A manager is the team member who looks after a partner.
- Set it when you add a partner, on their page, or with Update selected.
- A partner manager sees and works only with the partners they manage. A super partner manager, an admin and the owner see everyone.
- Filter the list by manager, or by No manager.
Who may change them
Owners, admins and super partner managers assign managers and tags, and keep the tag list. Partner managers see a partner's tags and manager but do not change them.
