Billing
Each workspace's plan, what it includes, what happens when its volume runs out, and its invoices.
What a plan includes
Each workspace has its own plan. Starter, Growth and Scale include a number of hits and conversions each month; Enterprise is agreed with our sales team. Whitelabels and partner networks come with Growth and up; every plan has everything else.
What counts
- Hits: the hits counted this month, in the workspace and in its partner networks and whitelabels.
- Conversions: the conversions recorded this month, whatever their status except test. Refused conversions do not count.
When the included volume runs out
On Business account › Billing the owner chooses:
- Pay as you go: tracking carries on and the extra is added to the next invoice, per started block of 1,000. An optional monthly spending cap stops tracking when the extra reaches it.
- Stop at the plan's limit: never charged for extra; tracking stops until next month.
Owners hear at 80% and 100% of the included volume and of the cap.
When tracking stops
Links keep working, but visits are not counted and conversions are refused; they are sent through again once tracking is back. Tracking stops only for a reached cap, the plan's limit when the owner chose it, a trial that ended without a card, or a payment that still fails after Stripe's retries (days 1, 3, 5 and 7). It starts again as soon as the cause is fixed.
Trial, plans and invoices
A new workspace starts a 14-day trial of Growth without a card. Moving up starts at once and is prorated; moving down waits for the next month and pauses the whitelabels and networks the smaller plan lacks (nothing is deleted). Yearly plans save two months. The card, billing details and invoices are on Stripe's secure pages; invoices are in USD with tax worked out for your country.
