Two-factor sign-in
A code from your phone at every sign-in, so a stolen password is not enough; required for owners and admins.
Turning it on
In Security (your avatar menu):
- Turn on. You need an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
- Scan and confirm: scan the QR code (or type the setup key) and enter the six-digit code.
- Save codes: keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. Each works once if you lose your phone.
Signing in
After your password, enter the six-digit code from the app, or one of your recovery codes.
Good to know
- Owners and admins must use it: they cannot turn it off, and the dashboard asks them to turn it on before managing the workspace.
- Your security level shows Strong with two-factor on, Basic without.
