Privacy: export and anonymise
On request, export everything stored about a partner, or anonymise them while keeping the money records.
Export
On the partner's page, Privacy › Export data (JSON) downloads everything stored about them as a file.
Anonymise
Privacy › Anonymise erases their name, contact details, billing details, payout methods, notes, answers and files, and removes their login. Their money records stay, so your books still add up.
To confirm, type the partner's ID. This cannot be undone.
Good to know
- An anonymised partner is marked Anonymised in the list.
- Payout details are stored encrypted at all times.
