Team and roles
Invite the people who run your program and give each a role: owner, admin, super partner manager or partner manager.
The roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including the team and the other owners. |
| Admin | Everything except changing owners. |
| Super partner manager | Every partner and offer, conversions, and assigning managers and tags. |
| Partner manager | Only the partners assigned to them, offers and their conversions. |
Owners and admins change settings, offers, conversions and payouts, and see the activity log.
Inviting someone
- Team › Invite member: their email and role.
- Copy the invite link, or have it emailed. It works once and expires in 7 days.
- They set their name and password.
Managing the team
- Change role, Disable (they can no longer sign in) and Enable again.
- A member's page shows their access, the partners assigned to them, and their last sign-ins (device, IP address, country).
- The primary owner can hand ownership to another owner, after confirming their password.
