Emails
Send your program's emails through your own mail server, and word the emails partners and new team members get.
Your own mail server
At the top of Settings › Emails, add your mail server (SMTP) and sender, so emails come from your own address. Without it, HitCTRL sends them for you.
The emails
- Partner welcome (approved)
- Partner welcome (pending)
- Partner registration rejected
- Invite a team member
For each: change the wording and the button label, use the variables (click to copy), see a preview with sample values, turn it off, or go back to default.
Good to know
- Emails wear your logo and colours, and go out in the recipient's language.
- Password links and payout-details confirmations are always sent; they cannot be turned off. Alerts by email follow each person's own alert settings.
