A webhook fails
The delivery log shows each call and your endpoint's answer; fix the endpoint, then resume.
- Open the delivery log. Each call shows its attempts and what your endpoint answered.
- Paused? After 20 failures in a row the webhook pauses itself and the team gets an alert. Fix the endpoint first, then Resume.
- Signature refused by your server? Check the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with the current signing secret; after New secret, update your server.
- Missing events? Check the events you picked and the Only send when rules.
- Try it: Send test, then Send again on a call that failed once your endpoint is fixed.
