Reports
Hits, conversions and money side by side, grouped up to three levels deep by anything you track.
What it shows
For the period you pick: hits, unique hits, conversions, the conversion rate (CR), revenue, payout, profit and earnings per hit (EPC), with their change since the period before. Tiles at the top sum the period up; the table or the chart shows it by group.
How to use it
- Group by up to three levels: partner, partner tag, tier, manager, whitelabel, offer, offer category, landing page, goal, coupon, country, device, OS, browser, sub ID 1–5, hour, day, week or month. ▸ opens a row into its next level; Open goes into the row, and the line above the table takes you back.
- Filter in the search bar: any of those (is or is not, switch it on the pill), and numbers such as "hits > 100".
- Columns: pick which numbers to show (all hits, pending, margin, revenue per hit, average sale and new clients are there too). Your choice is kept for you.
- Statuses counted, by conversion date or by click date, and compare with the period before.
- Export as CSV or Excel, with every level as groups and a total row, or copy the link: everything is in the address.
Saved reports, e-mails and alerts
- Reports (the star at the top): ready reports answer a question in one click (how is this month going, who is growing, where is money lost, which sub IDs convert best, best countries per offer); Save this report… keeps the page as it is.
- A saved report can come by e-mail every day (yesterday), every Monday (last week) or on the 1st (last month), at 08:00 in your workspace's time zone, as CSV, Excel or PDF.
- Tell me when… (the bell on a tile): the bell tells you once a day, week or month when that number goes above or below your value.
- What changed says how the money moved since the period before and what moved it; Found for you lists what the hourly checks found (a conversion rate that fell, a payout that eats the revenue, a sub ID that converts far better).
- Funnel and Clients over time are tabs beside Table and Chart; with this month picked, the main tile says where the month is heading.
Good to know
- Days follow your workspace's time zone.
- Single hits are kept 13 months; their hourly totals are kept for good, so older periods still show hits. Before that line there are no hits by sub ID, and the page says so.
- Hits do not know a goal or a coupon: grouped or filtered by those, hit columns show "—".
- Partners have the same Reports with their own hits, conversions and earnings, without your revenue or profit.
