Conversion statuses
Only approved conversions earn money; the other statuses say why a conversion waits or does not pay.
The statuses
| Status | Earns? | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Approved | Yes | Counted; the payout is in the partner's balance. |
| Pending | Not yet | Waiting for your decision. |
| On hold | Not yet | Waiting for the goal's hold time; then it moves on by itself. |
| Quality control | Not yet | Picked for your review; the partner does not see it and no postback is sent until you decide. |
| Rejected | No | You decided it does not count. |
| Refunded | No | The sale was refunded. |
| Fraud | No | Marked as fraud. |
| Not allowed | No | Against the offer's rules. |
| Blocked | No | Blocked, for example a blocked partner. |
| Test | No | A test; never paid. |
Changing a status
Open a conversion and Change status, with a reason that is kept in its history. Or tick many and change them at once. When an approved conversion leaves Approved, its payout is taken back from the balance.
Good to know
- Your server can send the status with the conversion, or change it later (for example a refund).
- Settings › Money › Reports chooses which statuses reports count.
