Failed conversions
Conversions the API refused, with the reason, so you can fix the cause and send them again.
What it is
When your server sends a conversion HitCTRL cannot record, it is not lost: it shows in Conversions › Failed with what was sent and why it was refused. Fix the cause on your server and send it again.
The reasons

invalid_hit |
The hit is not valid for this workspace (cut, changed or from elsewhere). |
hit_expired |
The hit is older than the attribution window. |
unknown_conversion_type |
No conversion type has this code. |
conversion_type_not_on_offer |
The offer does not pay for this conversion type. |
amount_required |
A percentage payout needs the sale amount. |
currency_not_supported |
The currency has no exchange rate. |
recurrence_limit |
The hit already has as many conversions of this type as allowed. |
partner_not_found |
The partner of the hit no longer exists. |
unknown_coupon |
No active coupon has this code. |
network_not_linked |
A partner network's sale arrived, but no landing page is picked for its sales yet. |
network_closed |
The sale came through a partner network that was closed. |
Good to know
- The daily summary alert counts conversion errors, so you notice a problem the same day.
